Staff

IES Ribeira do Louro also includes staff mobilities both for learning and teaching:

  • Teaching:
    – Staff employed in an HEI holding an ECHE from a program country.
    – Staff employed in any public or private organization in a program country in the field of the labour market or in the fields of education, training, youth, research and innovation.
  • Learning
    – Staff employed in an HEI holding an ECHE from a program country.

These mobilities can be developed in program countries or associated countries, different from the country where the sending organization is established and the country of residence of the staff.

The objective of these mobilities for staff is to teach or train them abroad as part of their professional development in order to:

  • share their expertise

  • try new teaching environments

  • acquire new innovative pedagogical and curriculum design skills, as well as digital skills

  • connect with their counterparts abroad to develop common activities in order to achieve the objectives of the program

  • exchange good practices and strengthen cooperation between higher education institutions

  • better prepare students for the world of work by involving staff from companies in the courses.
